נוילנד – coffee_shop

Noyland calls itself a cafe, an eating house and a culture house, and on HaOranim in Pardes Hanna it manages to be all three at once. Netzer Shabtai and Shiran Pomerantz built it around food and original artwork in equal measure, and the room reads more like somebody's home than a business. The kitchen writes for a broad table: vegan, vegetarian and keto diners get real options rather than an afterthought. Visitors talk about the warmth of the place as often as the plates. A cafe with a point of view, which is rarer than it should be.
