CookieMe - קוקימי – coffee_shop

A small cookie counter tucked into a quiet Pardes Hanna-Karkur neighbourhood, CookieMe bakes chocolate chip cookies late, keeping the room open until eleven most nights. Matan and Noa left Tel Aviv in 2020, spent half a year sending cookies out of their own home, then opened this shop on Haruvim Street. The board runs to The One, Lotus, S'mores, Reese's, salted caramel, triple chocolate, white chocolate and espresso, pistachio, plus full vegan and gluten-free lines. Gelato arrives in half-litre tubs: gianduja, salted peanut, mango coconut, mascarpone with lemon crumble. Good coffee, good music, boxes of six, nine, twelve or eighteen.
