An early kitchen and a hard stop: Keke's serves Tampa from seven in the morning to half past two, then closes for the day. Everything is cooked to order -- Florida and strawberry waffles, banana caramel pecan French toast, silver dollar pancakes, fajita and ham-and-cheese omelets, Eggs Benedict, avocado toast, a Scrambler Bowl. As the morning turns, out come BLTs, Italian chicken paninis, bacon cheeseburgers and salads.
