Presto Pizza on East County Line Road in Lakewood took over from Village Pizza and kept the kosher certification under KCL of Lakewood and Central Jersey. The menu goes well past a slice: sourdough and whole wheat pies, gluten-free bases, personal pies, calzones, pasta, wraps, falafel, soups, salads and fish. Hours run to a Lakewood rhythm - closed by quarter to eight most nights, early on Fridays. Regulars point at the pizza itself and the way the counter treats them.
