A boutique sushi bar in the Honim Konim complex on Lisansky in Rishon LeZion, where the menu is the work of the house master sushi chef. It runs wide: openers, salads and soups, futomaki, vegetarian and deep-fried rolls, a run of specials, combination platters, stir-fries and desserts, at prices pitched for an ordinary weeknight rather than an occasion. Guests sitting at the bar are offered a taste of choya, the Japanese plum liqueur. Open every day from noon until close to eleven. Colourful, generous, and warmer than most sushi rooms.
