The meat comes off the spit into Druze pita, laffa or baguette, or onto a plate with salads and a hot side; there are business-lunch combinations and family packs sized for a table that arrived hungry. The kitchen runs to half past midnight through the week and reopens on Saturday evening once Shabbat is out. A second branch operates in Afula. Kosher, late, and unbothered by subtlety.
