צ'נה איטליה - Cena Italy, אילת – italian_restaurant
Cena is the kosher southern-Italian room inside the Brown hotel on Eilat's north beach, a few minutes from the promenade and the Ice Mall. The kitchen opens with risotto souffle, spicy tuna and vitello tonnato, moves through things fired in a stone tandoor, and lands on the pasta list, where cacio e pepe and a black pasta do most of the arguing. There is a full bar behind it with a proper wine and cocktail selection. Parquet, low seating and a room designed to keep you in it longer than planned.
