On the Bat Yam promenade with the Mediterranean filling the windows, Deda sets Georgian hospitality against a sea view. The cooking leans on local produce and the chain's Georgian canon: pkhali, chichka roasted peppers with garlic and dill, lobio, satsivi, then khinkali dumplings and khachapuri in Imeruli, Megruli, Ossetian and Adjaruli forms. Kharcho and borscht arrive with lavash; chakhokhbili, chanakhi and plov anchor the mains, with lamb chops and veal skewers off the grill.
