Order a coffee, then go look at surfboards. Cafe Single Fin lives inside Waterboyz Surf and Skate Shop on North 9th Avenue in Pensacola, a relaxed, board-lined room that runs breakfast through dinner and hosts local musicians. The menu is beach-shack cooking: Sunzal tacos, the islander burrito, the Ala Moana bowl, breakfast burritos, quesadillas, a Shorebreak smoothie and a dirty chai people order by name. Vegan items are clearly flagged, every baked good is vegan, and the staff take allergies seriously. It prices a touch above what a counter suggests, and few seem to mind. Stay for the second cup.
