Minimalist, warm, plants and benches, and a terrace that counts among the quieter luxuries of the historic centre. Single-origin specialty coffee is the anchor; the counter carries homemade cheesecake, carrot cake, cinnamon rolls and toasts, with coeliac and plant-milk options. Dogs are genuinely welcome, not merely tolerated. Guests praise the calm and the baking. It holds a Guía Repsol Solete, and deserves it.
