Mori Cafés Especiais - Rhin – coffee_shop

On Rua Nova, in the old Rhin premises, Mori roasts and pours coffee it can trace to the family farm — the Mori estate in northern Parana, Brazil, in the family since 1976, now roasted a few streets away in Santiago. The bar works through seasonal single origins as espresso and filter, cortados included, with milk alternatives and iced versions. Food is the sort you want beside good coffee: avocado toast, eggs and bacon, butter-rich waffles, and a cheesecake that gets ordered on sight. Historic room, no pretension, and coffee taken seriously from the ground up.
