The Original Pancake House keeps its Petah Tikva branch on Avshalom Gissin, and it runs later than almost anything around it — past two in the morning midweek, later still on Friday. Pancakes are the reason to come: thick, airy, in sweet and savoury builds, with gluten-free batter available and a full menu behind them for anyone who did not come for pancakes at all. This branch doubles as the chain's catering base and keeps a private room for events. Reports on the service run hot and cold. The pancakes themselves are the constant.
