Gelateria Siciliana keeps three Tel Aviv counters — two on Ibn Gvirol, one of them at Rabin Square, and one on Dizengoff — alongside rooms in Herzliya and Kiryat Ono. Gelato is the headline, layered into cups and rotating through seasonal flavours built on lotus, Nutella and fresh fruit, with vegan and lighter versions on the same board. There is sorbetto and yogurt, crepes and waffles, macarons and tiramisu, and the house mini magnum bars. Customisation is the whole game. Sicilian in name, Tel Avivi in habit.
