A corner of America on Dizengoff, trading since 2012 and serving breakfast right through the day. NOLA's counter is built around a vitrine of pastries baked on the premises each morning — classic cookies, American pies, heavily frosted cakes — alongside bagels, Southern biscuits, generous sandwiches, mac and cheese and stacks of fluffy pancakes in a rotating cast of combinations. The room is bright, colourful and deliberately unserious. Tel Aviv gets plenty of brunch; NOLA gets the nostalgia right.
