The menu is short and built around the bowl: hummus done fresh through the day, with the sides and salads that belong beside it, and enough vegan-friendly options that it draws a crowd well beyond the usual. Prices stay low. Diners talk about freshness and value in the same breath, which is the whole point. Get there before the pot runs out.
