Falafel Gadsi sells a full pita with everything in it for twelve shekels, and that number is the whole strategy - the owner opened in Beit Shemesh precisely because he thought large families deserved a decent falafel at a price that did not sting. Opening day drew a crowd of over a thousand. Beyond the falafel there is shakshuka and sabich, and regulars order the two crossed over into one pita. Everything comes out fresh daily: hot pitot, hot chips, hot falafel. Mehadrin certification under Rav Landau brings in every stripe of customer. Come hungry, leave full.
