פאפי איטליאנו – Restaurant

A family pizzeria on Gordon Street in Kadima-Tzoran that makes its own dough every day from Italian flour, and it shows. The counter turns out pizzas and focaccias, pastas and salads, kosher and dairy, open from late morning until late evening through the week and again once Shabbat is out. A separate meat kitchen on Shabazi Street carries the grill side of the operation. What locals say about it is straightforward and consistent: the base is good, the prices are fair, and the family running it knows the regulars. A neighbourhood Italian doing the fundamentals properly.
