A boutique kitchen on Ben Zvi Street in Kadima-Zoran that works three ways at once: a restaurant, a prepared-food counter and a catering operation, all run by chef Kfir Refael. The cooking is home-style with a lift — soups, slow-cooked stews, bright salads and desserts that get more attention than the format usually allows. Much of the trade is Shabbat and holiday food packed to take away, and events are a standing part of the business. Familiar flavours, carefully made.
