סימאקי – asian_restaurant

Simaki has been doing kosher Asian food in the Sharon since 2002, and the Even Yehuda branch on HaMeyasdim Street carries the same kitchen. Three long-serving sushi chefs work the counter, and the menu stretches well beyond raw fish: dim sum, wok-fried noodles, Asian salads, soups, tempura, and combination plates such as the mixed nigiri run of denis, red tuna and salmon. Party platters go out for offices and family events. What regulars talk about is consistency, the care taken over the fish, and staff who actually advise rather than just take the order.
