Agalata sits in a pastoral grove at Moshav Bnei Dror, a coffee cart run by Amir Lifshitz and dressed in unapologetic retro, much of it built from salvaged pieces. The feel is communal rather than commercial: a big lawn, a playground within reach, and people who stay longer than they meant to. The counter covers acai bowls layered with fresh fruit, chia and granola, vegan sandwiches and salads, brownies and chocolate balls, and jachnun on Saturdays. Gluten-free and vegan options are properly catered for, not an afterthought. Sharon countryside, decent coffee, nowhere to be.
