Atza has been selling Asian food in Israel since 2006, when a small takeaway on the corner of Ben Yehuda and Ben Gurion in Tel Aviv turned into a sushi pilgrimage. The Ashdod branch carries that forward from HaGdud HaIvri Street, kosher and built for delivery as much as for eating in. The menu is deliberately broad: sushi rolls and combinations sit beside wok stir-fries and large sharing platters sized for a crowd, at prices pitched to stay reasonable. Customers rate the freshness and the speed. Familiar Far Eastern classics, sharpened and kept close to home.
