בון צ׳ה – Restaurant

Twenty square metres in Haifa's Talpiot Market, a few tables outside, and one of the more surprising menus in the city. Ron Bram opened Bun Cha weeks before the war and has kept turning out Vietnamese street food since: bun bowls of cold rice vermicelli topped with chicken meatballs, fried fish fillet or tofu, bun bo hue, com rice plates, banh mi, and spring rolls both fresh and fried, all pulled together by house nuoc mam. Diners keep noting how little it costs for how right it tastes. No gimmicks, barely any decor, just the food.
