Gourmix – coffee_shop

Herzl Street 23 in Haifa, on the site once occupied by the long-running Café Meir — and the new tenant treats the address with some seriousness. Gourmix is two businesses wearing one name: a boutique roaster and tea shop at the front, a wine bar behind it. The kitchen sends out refined European plates built on Israeli produce, matched to bottles from small wineries and limited collections, with farm cheeses alongside. It was opened by Leonid Rubinovsky, who ran a café chain in Kyiv, with partner Alexander Romiantsev from Saint Petersburg. Their motto is on the wall: good coffee to start, good wine to finish.
