The first coffees go out at a quarter to six in the morning, because Café Bar Polígono sits inside the Tambre industrial estate on Vía Galileo and the shift there starts early. The card is comida casera: something sweet or savoury to begin, then Galician tapas and raciones — tortilla, ensaladilla, caldo gallego — and a menú del día with two courses, a drink and dessert or coffee. Callos are the house speciality. There is a terrace, Wi-Fi, cards taken, and a state lottery counter by the till. Weekdays it runs until nine, Saturdays until two, Sundays not at all.
