Grand Café Turkiz – restaurant

A big, busy room on Einstein Street in Ramat Aviv that runs from nine in the morning until late — north Tel Aviv's idea of a café that never really quiets down. Sushi is the headline: rolls built with unusual toppings alongside the wider Japanese menu. But the non-sushi side holds its own, and the crispy schnitzel has its own following. Weekend brunch spreads a buffet of salads, omelettes and desserts; the oatmeal cake is worth the detour.
