Triger טריגר - בשר ויין – restaurant

A meat restaurant on Montefiore Street, in the room that housed David & Yosef for years, named for co-owner and butcher Sagi Triger. The menu is short and unapologetically carnivorous -- a fixed core plus cuts that change with what the butcher has, four vegetable dishes, a handful of sides, two desserts. The beef is locally raised Holstein, aged with care and seasoned lightly on purpose. The wine and spirits list is built to stand up to it. Diners single out the quality of the cuts, the starters, and a floor team that knows the menu cold. Come hungry.
