The whole restaurant is arranged around one machine: a rotisserie oven turning whole chickens that have sat 24 hours in the house marinade, with seasonal vegetables roasting underneath. That is the Rotisserie Chicken Club's entire argument, and the smell in the room makes it for them. The menu builds outward from the classic roast bird most Israelis grew up on, updated into plates rather than nostalgia, with fresh vegetables doing real work alongside. This is the Dror branch on Gilboa Street in Bnei Dror, one of a small group that includes Sarona Market and Ramat HaHayal. Simple food, slow-cooked, done right.
