Alfred is a coffee cart parked in the middle of Tel Mond's park, under shade trees with lawns and playgrounds spreading out around it — the local morning ritual and the after-school stop in one. The kitchen is dairy and more ambitious than the format suggests: salads, loaded sandwiches, specialty toasts, pastries, croissants and cup desserts, alongside espresso, cappuccino, fruit shakes, iced matcha and granita. Kosher under Tzohar, open from early morning through the evening and half a day on Friday. A park bench with a barista attached.
