The Ramat Yishai outpost of Kiss carries the chain's retro American diner act into the Jezreel Valley — handcrafted burgers, fried chicken, and a bar pouring beer plus rum and gin cocktails. Order the Original, or go bigger with the double smash or the pimento cheeseburger; the Korean fried chicken and the Korean wings are the sleeper picks. Caesar salad, fried pickles, nuggets and cheddar fingers cover the middle of the table, and mousse desserts close it out. Good ingredients, handled simply, in a room built on vintage cues.
