The rotating list runs past eighty flavours: pistachio, espresso, Sherry Mania with amarena cherries and almond chocolate, salted caramel, popcorn, rum-and-raisin Malaga, mango sorbet, plus a strong vegan line built on pea protein and no-added-sugar hazelnut. Anything in the case can be spun into a milkshake. Customers keep coming back for the texture and the sheer range of choice. Serious gelato, served without solemnity.
