A tasbich is what happens when regulars refuse to choose between falafel and sabich, so the counter on HaDekel in Tel Mond builds both into one pita - fried chickpea balls beside the aubergine and egg, then everything else piled on top. Straight falafel is there too, if you want the classic. What people come back for is the frying and the salad bar: hot, fresh, and as loaded as you dare. Closed Friday and Saturday.
