חומוס פינת ירושלמי – Restaurant

A hummusiya on HaDekel in Tel Mond that grinds its own and leans into the Jerusalem style the name promises. Beyond the hummus plates there are home-cooked dishes of the day, falafel and schnitzel, which makes it as much a neighbourhood lunch counter as a hummus stop. It opens at ten and closes by seven, earlier on Friday, so it lives on the midday trade from the surrounding Sharon towns. Regulars talk up the hummus itself and the easy welcome across the counter. Small, unfussy, and quietly good at what it does.
