Papa John's planted its first Israeli flag on Dizengoff at the Jeremiah corner, and the branch keeps proper Tel Aviv hours - open from noon and running to two in the morning, four on Thursday and Friday. The American formula is intact: build-your-own pies, a run of specialty pizzas in two sizes, the classic crust, and garlic bites by the dozen among the sides. Where it has adapted is the fringes - Papadias, a full vegan line, a reduced-carb EATSANE base and gluten-friendly dough. Late, loud, and unapologetically American.
