A Givat Shaul workhorse on Beit HaDefus Street, open from half past seven for the Jerusalem industrial-zone lunch run. The name promises four flavours and the counter delivers on it: falafel and schnitzel built into pita or baguette, or served as a plate with bread, sides and a drink. Chicken cutlets and breast come off the same line. Kashrut is mehadrin under Rabbi Rubin. Seating inside is tight, with a few tables put out on the pavement, and most people take it to go. Quick, kosher, unfussy — exactly what the street needs.
