Timothy Café – cafe
A specialty coffee shop on Ibn Gabirol in Tel Aviv that takes the bean seriously enough to roast and sell it too. Timothy pours from a rotating bench of single origins and blends, Ethiopian with its fruit and chocolate notes, Indonesian, Brazilian, Colombian, a dark Italian house roast, plus a decaf Mexican for the evening crowd. Bags go out fresh from the roast, and there is a guided quiz for anyone unsure what suits their brewer. They supply offices as well as walk-ins. Coffee first, everything else second.
