Aroma – coffee_shop

Aroma began in 1994 when two brothers opened a single espresso bar on Jerusalem's Hillel Street. It is now one of Israel's largest cafe chains, with several branches operating in Haifa. The formula holds everywhere: order at the counter, watch it assembled. Sandwiches on whole-wheat, white or sourdough rolls, from sabich to smoked salmon to hot roast beef with onion jam and honey mustard. Salads of lettuce, tomato, Bulgarian cheese, za'atar and sumac. Shakshuka and Israeli breakfasts, grain bowls dressed in tahini and lemon, croissants and rugelach by the till. Beans roasted in-house. Every coffee arrives with a chocolate square.
