Nisho נישו – coffee_shop

נישו — Nisho is the kind of café you pull off the road for: a small kibbutz Yagur kitchen with tables inside in the cool and more of them out under the open sky, looking north. Sandwiches are the signature — salmon on ciabatta with house-made labneh, roast beef, a proper cheese one — alongside fresh salads and a schnitzel-and-chips plate that regulars order without reading. The coffee comes from a boutique roaster and is taken seriously. Staff explain the menu and mean it. Worth the small detour off the highway.
