A specialty roastery at the entrance to Kibbutz Yagur, tucked into a quiet corner at the foot of the Carmel, where the roasting and the drinking happen under one roof. More than thirty-five single origins and blends are on hand, brewed across a range of methods, and the staff will walk you through the differences if you let them. Beans go home by the bag; the bar serves the cup. Open from eight most mornings, with an early close on Friday. A detour rather than a passing stop -- which is rather the point.
