Mandarin Moriah has held its corner of Moriah Boulevard in Haifa since 2003, and the trick of the place is the terrace: raised above the street, green and open to the sky, it manages to feel like the Galilee rather than a busy urban artery. The room runs over three levels — a warm upper deck, a covered middle floor built for everyday sitting and for events, and that balcony. Come for a long breakfast, a tapas spread in the afternoon breeze, drinks with friends, or a proper celebratory meal. Open from 8:30 until the last guest leaves.
