Moshe Gushen Boulevard in Kiryat Motzkin, where Cafe Fleur opened in May 2022 as a deliberate transplant of a Parisian pavement café: you order at the counter, and there are no waiters. Founders Maor Sahar and Idan Shemo had a coffee blend made for the place and roasted in Israel. Pastries and a classic French croissant anchor the counter. Sandwiches carry egg salad with onion jam, goat cheese with green apple and honey, or brie and figs in croissant. Salads, shakshuka, pasta and juices squeezed to order fill it out. Gluten-free, sugar-free, vegetarian and vegan options run through the list.
