Nola Socks Pub – Restaurant

A Haifa public house where the kitchen matters as much as the taps, running from midday well into the small hours with art on the walls and live jazz and blues on Friday afternoons. The menu swings between New Orleans and the Levant: a Nola sandwich stacking corned beef and Cajun-spiced ground beef on ciabatta under chipotle aioli, beef chorizo plates with sauerkraut and mustard, grilled chicken in chimichurri, kebab bites rolled in tortilla with coleslaw and tahini, thin-crust margherita and a green pizza of pesto cream, spinach and feta, plus a bulgur tabbouleh. Vegans are properly looked after.
