פאפיאנו חיפה – Restaurant

Papiano runs a kosher Italian-Mediterranean kitchen on Oscar Schindler Street in Haifa, and the kitchen is open to the room, so the whole assembly is on show. Chef Moshe Itach's menu covers pizzas from the oven, a wide run of pastas including ravioli, fresh fish and salads, with focaccia that people order out of habit. There are around sixty seats inside and thirty more out, which makes it as workable for a family celebration as for a weekday dinner. Diners return for the freshness and the attentive floor. A second branch trades in Tirat Carmel.
