Prima occupies a brownstone on Greene Ave in Clinton Hill with a patio out back, and it splits its day cleanly in two. Mornings and afternoons it is a coffee shop - espresso drinks, teas, sandwiches and cafe plates, with a steady population of laptops. From five o'clock Wednesday through Saturday the wine service takes over and the room shifts register entirely. Locals keep it busy enough that a table is never a given. Two businesses in one address, and both of them work.
